These terms apply when you subscribe to iListen. In short: you pay monthly, you can leave any time, and you own your site.

Free previews

A preview is free and comes with no obligation. Nothing changes on your current website unless you say yes.

Your subscription

Your plan is billed monthly in Australian dollars at the price we agree when you sign up. It includes building your website, hosting, ongoing improvements, new content, keeping your Google Business Profile in step with your site, and a monthly report.

Cancelling and refunds

There is no lock-in. You can cancel any time by email and your subscription ends at the end of the current month. If you are not happy in your first 30 days, tell us and we will refund your first month.

What you own

You keep your domain name, your business name, logos, photos and the content you give us. If you leave, we will hand over your pages and content so you can host them elsewhere.

Your part

You tell us if something about your business changes, and you approve content before it goes live. You confirm you have the right to use any material you send us.

Our part

We take care building and changing your site, including checking content against the advertising rules that apply to your industry. We cannot guarantee particular search rankings or a set number of bookings, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
