This policy explains how iListen ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through ilisten.ai.

What we collect

When you request a free preview, we collect your business name, your current website address and your email address. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to identify you.

How we use it

We use your details to build your preview, email it to you, and reply to your questions. If you become a customer, we use them to run and improve your website and to bill you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host this website and send email. They only handle your information to provide those services to us. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing bec@ilisten.ai. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

If we email you about iListen and you would rather not hear from us, reply and let us know and we will not contact you again.
